Tattico have prepared and lodged resource consents across the whole of New Zealand, under a number of different District, Regional and Unitary Plans. These have been for a range of clients and activities including commercial, residential, infrastructure, community, subdivision, industry, healthcare, and education within a range of environments including city centre, town centre, suburban, rural, coastal, and reserves.
Each project is unique, with different opportunities and challenges. Listening and understanding a client’s requirements is important, with Tattico having the knowledge to form a consenting strategy that provides clarity and a clear way forward, no matter the level of complexity.
We ensure that the level of information contained within a resource consent application is appropriate and of a high quality, but is not excessive. Our aim is to be as efficient as possible and deliver results. We can support all types of resource consents and regulatory approvals under the Resource Management Act and other planning legislation, including regionally significant consents considered under the Fast-track Approvals Act.
