Downtown Public Space

New urban public open space

Tattico advised and assisted Auckland Council in obtaining resource consent to construct a new public open space area between Princes Wharf, Pier 2 and the Ferry Building. This project involved the demolition of the existing wharf and deck, and the construction of a new piled deck and pontoon structures in the coastal marine areas. Consent was sought for occupation of the coastal marine area by the above structures and all construction related activities resulting in a welcoming and engaging public space for Aucklanders and visitors.
