Large-scale greenfield re-zoning

Tattico provided planning advice and services relating to the Warkworth – Clayden Road Private Plan Change (PC 40). This private plan change sought to rezone approximately 102 hectares of Future Urban and Light Industry zoned north of the Warkworth township to a mix of residential, business and rural zones. It also introduced new precinct provisions and controls over the subject area in recognition of its unique setting.
