Large-scale greenfield re-zoning

Tattico provided planning advice and services relating to the Warkworth South (Waimanawa Precinct) Private Plan Change (PC93). This private plan change was a collaborative process between three landowners / developers which sought to rezone rural and future urban land to a range of urban zones. The 159ha of land south of the Warkworth township is to contain a local centre, a public transport interchange, a range of open space areas, walking and cycling connections and the capacity for approximately 1,600 residential dwellings with range of typologies.
