Mixed-use integrated residential development
Tattico was engaged by Te Whānau o Waipareira to assist in obtaining resource consent for a mixed-use integrated residential development to provide kaumatua housing and wrap-around services in Papatoetoe. The consented development includes two 6 to 8 storey apartment blocks providing 124 dwellings, ancillary office and meeting rooms, short-stay accommodation rooms, and an Early Childhood Education facility. Communal facilities include a communal courtyard and Whare Manaaki. The development involved comprehensive engagement and consultation with Ngai Tai Ki Tamaki.
