Cooper and Company engaged Tattico to assist with obtaining resource consent for a 10-level commercial development at 25-39 Tyler Street, 26-40 Galway Street, and 3A Gore Street, within the heart of the heritage Britomart Precinct. The building aspires to be a world class office building that is the embodiment of everything that Britomart stands for.
