New high rise apartment tower

A 55-level apartment building comprising 357 residential apartments and approximately 1,000m2 of retail floor area. The height of the tower is approximately 185m. Tattico provided specialist planning advice during the project Design Competition run by ICD property and pre-application design phase. Provision of all planning services and preparation of the resource consent application and engagement with the Environmental Protection Authority subsequently occurred, which ensured a successful resource consent was achieved through the Covid-19 Recovery (Fast-Track Consenting) Act 2020.
