Tattico were engaged to provide planning services for the 52-level Seascape tower and adjoining hotel. This tower is presently the tallest tower in New Zealand (excluding the Sky Tower). It features retail, commercial and residential activities and the unique exo-skeletal bracing structure on its east and west elevations.
