ATR engaged Tattico to assist in obtaining resource consent for a significant upgrade of the Ellerslie Racecourse track and associated infrastructure. ATR also engaged Tattico to prepare and obtain consent for the redevelopment of The Hill for approximately 360 dwellings under the Covid 19 Fast Track legislation.
