Wooing Tree is a stunning 25.4ha block in Cromwell, Central Otago. The development comprises a comprehensive integrated residential development with an open space network, associated infrastructure and 390 development lots. These are predominantly for residential development, but also includes commercial, community and visitor accommodation activities in close proximity to Cromwell town centre.
A number of resource consents have been obtained to enable the development, which include multiple stages and variations to meet the changes of a dynamic market, with the primary resource consent being approved under the Covid 19 Recovery (Fast-Track Consenting) Act 2020, with Tattico having been involved in the development since its inception.
